Claire loved going to school. She came home all excited and told us that she played in the classroom and playground. We decided the first day was more of a play day than anything. She also said they read a story. When she told Grammy and Grampy about her day she said “We went out to the playground and then we came in and the little boy cried and cried and cried and then we read a story. . .”
So Claire couldn’t wait to go back the next day to school and came home and said a million times if she said it once “Mommy, I love school.”
This is Claire’s first paper she brought home! It is on the bulletin board in the back hall in the place of honor.
And today, day three, she had a great day and keeps asking if she gets to go back tomorrow! Don’t know what I am going to tell her on Saturday . . .
